Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing levels as needed.

2. Inventory Control

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of goods (FIFO/FEFO).

3. Team Supervision & Leadership

Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff.
Assign tasks and monitor performance.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

4. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Conduct safety briefings and incident reporting.

5. Equipment & Facility Management

Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners).
Coordinate repairs and maintenance when needed.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly operational reports (inventory, productivity, shipping/receiving).
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal controls.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Forklift certification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
