Domestic Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Domestic Sales Executive to drive sales and grow our customer base within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities and acquire new customers in the domestic market
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C domestic sales (industry-specific experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel within the domestic market as required
• Fluency in [Local Language] and English
