Domestic Sales executive

Job Summary:

The Domestic Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within the domestic market by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of local market trends, customer needs, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives as set by management.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints or issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required.

• In-depth knowledge of the domestic sales market

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in domestic sales or a similar role (Fresher with strong skills may be considered)
• Experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, etc.] preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
