Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary:

Carp Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure accurate stock control, and coordinate with accounts and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and godown operations efficiently.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, including daily reports.
• Supervise loading/unloading and verify quantities against invoices or challans.
• Implement FIFO/LIFO system and manage stock rotation.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Sales departments for material movement.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of warehouse premises.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Ensure all inward/outward materials are properly documented (GRN, delivery notes, etc.).
• Identify and report any damaged, expired, or missing goods immediately.

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: 3–8 years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management roles.
• Skills:
• Hands-on experience in stock management and documentation.
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle manpower and ensure timely dispatch.
• Physically fit and capable of supervising warehouse work.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in trading, distribution, or diagnostic industry.
• Knowledge of transportation coordination and logistics planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
