Warehouse Operator

Job Overview:

Carp Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth dispatch coordination. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can lead a small warehouse team and ensure efficient material handling.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Keep stock records and prepare daily inventory reports.
• Ensure proper stock rotation practices (FIFO/LIFO).
• Work with the sales, purchase, and accounts teams to coordinate material flow.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security.
• Verify quantities and quality during loading and unloading.
• Report damaged or missing goods promptly.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–8 years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Technical: Working knowledge of MS Excel or billing/inventory software.
• Soft Skills: Good communication, time management, and leadership ability.
• Must be physically fit to handle warehouse supervision duties.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in trading or diagnostic supply companies.
• Understanding of transportation and dispatch coordination.
