Job DescriptionWe are ing for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role is critical in maintaining efficient inventory management, ensuring timely dispatch, and fostering a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, team management, and inventory systems, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Supervise and manage all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of s. Ensure that all processes are compliant with safety regulations and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Inventory ManagementMonitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Work closely with procurement and operations teams to align inventory with business needs. Team ManagementLead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to SOPs. Develop and maintain shift schedules to meet business demands. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with logistics partners for timely and accurate deliveries. Track and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation. Resolve any shipping or delivery issues promptly. Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and implement improvements. Leverage technology and warehouse management systems to streamline operations. Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and drive accountability. QualificationsProven experience (3+ years) as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in using warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership and communication skills.
