Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Provide timely and accurate information to customers Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Follow up on customer inquiries and issues until resolved Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or related field (preferably in e-commerce or retail). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Proficient in handling social media platforms (especially Instagram). Familiarity with Gmail and phone etiquette for customer service. Ability to handle multiple customer queries at a time. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to keep records.
