Job Description

•   Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. •   Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. •   Maintain records of calls and customer responses in CRM systems. •   Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. •   Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. •   Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. •   Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. •   Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline. •   Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred. •   Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Punjabi – customize as needed]. •   Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). •   Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. •   Strong listening and persuasion skills.
