Skilled in generating insightful MIS reports and real‑time dashboards to drive operational decisions.” Core Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Logistics Oversee daily receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and inbound/outbound movements. Coordinate inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and ensure system accuracy. Supervise staff, optimize warehouse layout, maintain safety compliance, and liaise with supply chain stakeholders. Advanced Excel Data & Reporting Tasks Develop, maintain, and automate comprehensive Excel models (e.g., for tracking stock levels, fill rates, reorder points, and logistics KPIs). Create dynamic dashboards, pivot charts, and MIS reports for daily/weekly/monthly operations. PivotTables, advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), conditional formatting, macros/VBA, dashboards Write VBA macros to eliminate repetitive tasks and enhance accuracy. MIS report generation, KPI dashboards, trend analysis Process Improvement & Forecasting Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and recommend enhancements. Apply Excel-based models to optimize reorder quantities, fill rates, and site-level logistics planning. Qualifications & Experience Education : Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, IT, or related field. Experience : 1–5 years in warehouse operations or MIS environments, with at least 1–3 years applying advanced Excel in logistics or supply chain context. Experience with logistics software (preferred) Experience with flipkart, amazom, Blinkit, Meesho, etc warehouses (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
