Job Title: MIS Executive / Data Analyst (Advanced Excel & Power BI)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MIS reporting. The role involves preparing dashboards, generating reports, analyzing business data, and supporting management in decision-making through accurate and timely data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Apply advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting, etc.
• Automate reports and streamline data processes for efficiency.
• Monitor, validate, and ensure data accuracy in all reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
• Generate performance tracking reports, daily/weekly/monthly dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Provide actionable insights to management through meaningful data visualization and analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Index-Match, Macros, Data Validation).
• Strong knowledge of Power BI for interactive dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience in MIS reporting and business analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce / Statistics / Computer Science / Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, BCA, etc.).
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting / Data Analysis.
• Certification in Excel / Power BI / Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
