Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Stock Availability
• Develop and implement strategies for effective inventory management.
• Ensure adequate stock availability to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Implement automated tracking systems for real-time stock monitoring.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams for seamless stock flow.
• Market Outstanding Management
• Establish efficient procedures for tracking and managing market outstandings.
• Reduce overdue payments and improve cash flow through proactive measures.
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyse outstanding trends and take corrective actions.
• Implement clear credit control policies and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Corporate Hospitals & Government Institutions – Pricing & Payment Realization
• Develop structured pricing strategies for corporate hospitals and government institutions.
• Ensure timely payment realization through strong collection mechanisms.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and government institutions.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with institutional contracts.
• Supply Chain & Distribution Optimization
• Strengthen supply chain efficiency for timely product availability.
• Identify and implement cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Regulatory & Compliance Management
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, government policies, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory audits.
• Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
• Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Optimize costs while maintaining high operational efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Align operational strategies with overall business goals.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, hospital administrators, and institutional buyers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
