Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely order fulfillment for B2C customers.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage or stock-outs.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient last-mile delivery and reverse logistics for customer returns.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Analyze operational workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing warehouse operations in a

  B2C (e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer)

  environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Solid knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and last-mile delivery processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards within warehouse operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems or e-commerce fulfillment platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
