About the Role

Were looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead Aramyas fast-moving warehouse operations. Youll oversee inbound, storage, dispatch, and QC processes while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely deliveries. If youre hands-on, process-driven, and thrive in a fast-scaling D2C environment this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inbound, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
  • Implement stringent QC processes, making sure any escalations are done timely
  • Ensure efficient space utilization and proper organization of goods.
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
  • Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures for warehousing activities.
  • Understand business requirements, monitor warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and provide timely reports.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
  • Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in [FMCG / Retail / E-commerce / Manufacturing].
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics.
  • Proficiency with WMS/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Increff, WMS)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team under high-pressure environments.
