Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Manager with experience in FMCG/Retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, including inward/outward goods movement, inventory control, hygiene management, and dispatch planning. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Goods Inward & Outward Management

• Supervise receipt of goods from suppliers and ensure timely and accurate inward documentation.

• Oversee outbound logistics, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched as per schedule.

• Ensure quality checks and damage control during goods handling.

✅ Inventory Control & Stock Movement

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper bin management and storage practices.

• Implement FIFO/FEFO systems to manage perishable or time-sensitive FMCG products.

• Track stock transfers between locations and handle stock adjustments.

✅ Dispatch Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute daily/weekly dispatch schedules in coordination with sales and delivery teams.

• Optimize load planning, packaging, and route management for faster turnaround.

• Ensure all shipments are documented and recorded accurately.

✅ Hygiene & Compliance

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, pest control, and product safety in the warehouse.

• Comply with industry regulations, including FSSAI, fire safety, and audit requirements.

• Regularly inspect the warehouse for any risks or non-compliance issues.

✅ Team Management

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates and support staff.

• Assign tasks, track daily productivity, and provide on-the-job training where required.

• Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and efficiency.

✅ Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate stock records using WMS/ERP systems.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movement, damages, and order fulfilment.

• Coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and transport teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any relevant field; MBA preferred.

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience in the FMCG or retail sector.

• Strong knowledge of inventory software (e.g., SAP, Tally ERP, Zoho Inventory).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in high-volume environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
