Warehouse Manager

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products and materials within the warehouse.

Ensure proper organization and maintenance of inventory, both in terms of quality and quantity.

Monitor warehouse layout and storage to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.

Manage the loading and unloading of trucks and containers.

Ensure all items are properly tagged, labeled, and stored in the appropriate locations.

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Develop work schedules and assign tasks to warehouse personnel.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff, providing feedback and coaching where necessary.

Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols.

Foster a positive work environment and ensure good communication among team members.

Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that all stock is tracked and accounted for.

Perform regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Identify and resolve any discrepancies in stock levels.

Work with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to warehouse operations and safety.

Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures, conducting training, and performing routine safety checks.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials (if applicable).

Enforce company policies regarding workplace safety, including the proper use of equipment and protective gear.

Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery and dispatch of goods.

Organize and monitor the loading and unloading processes for shipments and deliveries.

Manage returns, damaged goods, and any other logistical issues that may arise.

Continuously evaluate warehouse operations to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.

Implement best practices for warehouse management to enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and racking systems.

Suggest and implement technology solutions to improve tracking and warehouse management.

Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping accuracy.

Maintain records of all warehouse activities and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.

Report any issues, delays, or concerns to upper management promptly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
