Warehouse Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, which includes receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. You will lead and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper training. Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy will be a key part of your role. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring timely order processing and on-time dispatch of goods, as well as coordinating with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for a smooth supply chain flow. Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards will be essential. Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse efficiency, planning space utilization and layout for optimal storage and flow, and handling periodic stock audits and reconciling discrepancies will also fall under your purview. Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations is a crucial aspect of this role.
