Job Description

Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, including invoice generation and payment tracking. ✅ Follow up with clients/customers for timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies. ✅ Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and update payment status in the system. ✅ Support the AR team in reconciling customer accounts and ensuring proper allocation of payments. ✅ Prepare periodic reports related to outstanding receivables and aging analysis. ✅ Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries related to invoices and payments. ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
