Warehouse Manager

Job Title: Warehouse Manager / Executive Location: Greater Noida / NCR Job Type: Full-time No. of Positions: 2 Job Summary: Indolink is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager / Executive to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. This role involves managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring safety compliance, and streamlining operations for maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leadership in warehouse management, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Lead and manage warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments. Ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory, including picking, packing, and shipping orders. Implement and enforce policies for safety and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Monitor inventory levels to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock rotation. Collaborate with other departments to improve workflow and operational efficiency. Prepare performance reports on metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and overall productivity. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Address operational challenges or discrepancies swiftly and effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities. Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations. Problem-solving mindset and great attention to detail.
