Job Summary

Mountainor Well Being Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inventory management, timely dispatch of orders, and proper coordination with internal teams while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for timely order fulfillment
• Monitor inward and outward movement of goods
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of products
• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock control
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
