Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient storage and organization of products. The role also involves supervising and training staff, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the warehouse.

Warehouse Manager – Apparel / Fashion Brand (KRAs)

1. Inventory Management:

2. Maintain 98–99% inventory accuracy across all SKUs, sizes, and colors with regular audits and real-time system updates.

3. Inward & GRN Control:

4. Ensure timely inwarding, quality checks, and GRN completion within 24 hours for all incoming stock.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch:

6. Manage daily order fulfillment with ≥98% dispatch SLA adherence and near-zero mis-shipments.

7. Returns & RTO Handling:

8. Process returns efficiently, conduct QC, update inventory promptly, and reduce RTO through data-driven actions.

9. Warehouse Team Leadership:

10. Manage, train, and monitor warehouse staff productivity, attendance, and discipline with clear role allocation.

11. SOP Implementation:

12. Create, follow, and improve warehouse SOPs for inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

13. System & Software Ownership:

14. Operate WMS/ERP and courier platforms with zero backlog and accurate, real-time data.

15. Reporting & Communication:

16. Share daily MIS and weekly operational reports; proactively escalate issues with solutions.

17. Cost & Efficiency Control:

18. Optimize manpower, space, and packaging to control costs and support business scale.

19. Compliance & Accountability:

20. Ensure warehouse safety, security, and policy compliance; maintain professional conduct and reliability.
