Key Responsibilities:Manage receiving, stacking, and dispatching of tyres using SAP. Perform data entry in SAP for GRN, stock transfers, and inventory movements. Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy between physical and system stock. Generate pick lists, delivery notes, and other reports from SAP. Ensure FIFO/LIFO process is followed for tyre movement. Coordinate with procurement, dispatch, and transport teams for timely order execution. Conduct physical stock counting and reconciliation regularly. Maintain housekeeping, safety standards, and compliance documentation. Assist in audits, inspections, and stock verifications. Key Requirements:Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce. 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations (tyre/automotive industry preferred). Proficient in SAP (MM/WM modules) and Excel. Good understanding of warehouse processes and inventory management. Physically fit to manage movement in a large warehouse setup. Role Overview:The SAP Billing Executive will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of customer invoices through SAP in the tyres warehouse. The role includes managing billing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams, and maintaining proper documentation for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:Generate sales invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes in SAP as per company guidelines. Coordinate with dispatch & logistics teams to ensure correct quantity, pricing, and customer details before billing. Validate GST, HSN codes, and tax applicability for tyre products while billing. Maintain records of invoices, stock movements, and customer payments in SAP. Ensure daily reconciliation of billing with dispatch data and physical stock. Coordinate with finance & accounts team for posting of entries and resolving discrepancies. Provide MIS reports on billing, sales, pending orders, and stock consumption as required. Support audits by providing proper billing & documentation. Handle customer queries related to invoices and resolve issues in coordination with sales/accounts. Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and warehouse SOPs. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of SAP (SD/MM module preferred) with hands-on billing experience. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Indian taxation in billing. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools. Attention to detail with good numerical & analytical ability. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and coordinate with multiple teams. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications & Experience:Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA preferred). 2–5 years’ experience in billing, preferably in a tyre industry / warehouse / manufacturing setup. Experience in SAP (SD/MM/FICO modules) is mandatory.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse role, preferably in paint, chemical, or manufacturing industry. SAP knowledge (MM/WM/SD modules) is mandatory. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
