Paint Warehouse Executive (SAP Knowledge)Position Title: Paint Warehouse Executive Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse Location: [Insert Location] Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Supply Chain Manager Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the paint warehouse including receiving, storage, and dispatch of paint products. Ensure proper stock management and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP (MM/WM/SD modules). Carry out goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer, and return processes in SAP. Conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliation to minimize inventory variance. Ensure compliance with FIFO / FEFO principles and proper storage conditions for paints and chemicals. Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports through SAP. Monitor and control material handling equipment (stackers, forklifts, pallets) for safe and efficient operations. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in handling paints and hazardous materials. Supervise warehouse staff and labor, ensuring adherence to SOPs. Support internal/external audits related to inventory and warehouse processes. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of SAP (MM/WM/SD preferred) for warehouse management. Hands-on experience in paint / chemical industry warehouse operations. Knowledge of inventory management, dispatch planning, and stock control. Good understanding of safety standards for handling flammable/chemical products. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Qualifications & Experience:Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (BBA/ MBA/ B.Com preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse role, preferably in paint, chemical, or manufacturing industry. SAP knowledge (MM/WM/SD modules) is mandatory. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
