Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Accountant located in Bandra. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting in budget preparation, reconciling bank statements, and supporting financial audits. The role will also involve preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Worked with ecommerce platform
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget preparation
• Experience with financial reconciliation and audits
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Tally or QuickBooks
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar accounting role is an advantage
