Job Title: Warehouse Incharge

Location: Delhi, Siraspur
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000/month

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge to manage and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for ensuring smooth receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory management, while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, enforcing safety standards, and optimizing warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and optimize space utilization.
• Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, schedule shifts, and delegate tasks as necessary.
• Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock levels to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Shipping and Receiving: Organize incoming shipments and outgoing orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of warehouse supplies and equipment, report maintenance issues, and schedule repairs as needed.
• Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety regulations and policies.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics processes and effective use of logistics software.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess and improve warehouse performance.

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff effectively.
• Ability to delegate tasks and resolve personnel issues in a constructive manner.
• Skilled in maintaining an organized, structured warehouse environment and optimizing space usage.
• Experience with managing inventory levels, conducting audits, and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Solid understanding of shipping, receiving, transportation, and distribution processes.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify inconsistencies, analyze issues, and implement solutions to correct errors.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Capable of performing physical tasks like lifting, standing for long periods, and operating warehouse equipment when necessary.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduation in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field with strong knowledge of dispatch operations and logistics coordination.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with dispatch or transportation management systems (TMS).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is preferred.

Education:

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent with significant relevant experience.
