Job location : Ahmedabad (On-site) Experience : 2+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive *Warehouse Executive* to oversee daily warehouse operations, order management, and coordination with D2C platforms. The role includes supervising goods receipt, storage, order fulfillment, invoicing, and dispatches while ensuring seamless supply chain execution through platforms like Nykaa, Tira, and Amazon. Key Responsibilities: * Manage warehouse functions such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records and conduct regular stock audits. * Ensure proper product labeling, safe storage, and overall warehouse upkeep. * Accurately process orders and generate invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents. * Coordinate with finance for timely invoice closures. * Liaise with D2C platforms for scheduling, dispatches, and uploading manifests. * Address order discrepancies and coordinate with platform support as needed. * Work with logistics partners and 3PLs for pickups and on-time deliveries. * Ensure all shipments comply with required documentation and regulations. Requirements: * 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics roles. * Familiar with D2C platforms and tools like Tally, Zoho, or Unicommerce. * Basic knowledge of invoicing, GST, and dispatch processes. * Strong in Excel; fluent in English and Hindi. * Degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred. Experience in FMCG or beauty sectors is an advantage.
