Description/Skills
-Verify quantity and quality of materials received and dispatched
-Ensure all material movements are recorded with supporting documents (GRN, DC, etc.)
-Enter inward/outward transactions in ERP systemon the same day
-Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts teams for documentation clarifications
-Maintain physical vs system inventory accuracy
-Maintain records of damaged, excess, or shortage items and escalate timely
-Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a warehouse environment
-Prior experience in ERP-based entry and warehouse documentation is a must.
