Key Responsibilities Operations Oversight: Oversee the complete daily workflow, from receiving raw materials and supplies to storing finished goods and dispatching them to customers. Inventory Management: Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems, conduct regular stock audits, and resolve any discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy. Staff Supervision & Training: Manage, schedule, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment. Safety & Security: Enforce all safety policies, health standards, and security protocols to protect personnel, equipment, and inventory. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., supply chain, procurement) and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, shipping companies) to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse performance, and analyze data to drive improvements. Equipment & Facility Management: Monitor the condition of warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring regular maintenance and prompt resolution of issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office applications. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical, attention to detail, and accuracy skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong understanding of safety regulations and logistics best practices.
