A Warehouse Incharge/Manager with Advanced Excel is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping, while leveraging advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and strategic decision-making to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain safety and accuracy. Key duties include leading the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with vendors and logistics, and implementing technology to enhance warehouse performance. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee all daily warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping of goods.
• Inventory Control: Manage and control inventory levels, conduct audits, track stock accuracy, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, motivate, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity and performance standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Establish and enforce safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with logistics teams, drivers, and suppliers for efficient inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Equipment Management: Monitor the condition of warehouse equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced Excel Skills: The ability to use Excel for:
• Data Analysis: Analyze warehouse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Create detailed reports on inventory, operations, and key performance metrics.
• Forecasting: Utilize Excel for inventory forecasting and demand planning.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies using spreadsheets to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Warehouse Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, materials handling, and order fulfillment.
• Leadership & Communication: Practical leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments and external partners.
• Problem-Solving: An aggressive problem-solving methodology to address operational challenges.

How Advanced Excel is Used

• Performance Metrics: Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and generate detailed reports using pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Inventory Optimization: Analyze sales data, historical trends, and stock levels to optimize purchasing and minimize costs.
• Layout & Space Utilization: Use Excel to model warehouse layouts, optimizing space and storage efficiency.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze operational costs, such as labor, equipment, and transportation, to identify savings opportunities.
• Workflow & Productivity: Design spreadsheets to track staff productivity, identify bottlenecks, and improve workflows.
