Genpact Mega Walk-In drive for Customer service: Voice roles (English) on 3rd April 2025 (Thursday) || Gurgaon Date: 3-April-2025 (Thursday) Time: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM Venue: Genpact Office Ground floor, Sec-18, Plot 22A&B, Gurgaon Graduation: Any graduate (except law) Work Location: Gurgaon (Work from office) Experience: 0-2 year Shifts: Flexible with any shift Language Known: English Responsibilities Respond to customer queries and customer's concern Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user. Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs Provide excellent customer service to our customers You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
