Knowledge in applying OSS notes, configuring RFC connections. Analyze system performance issues and troubleshoot Solution Manager Technical Monitoring configuration. Should be able to configure the alerts and make changes to the configuration as per the requirements. SLT Replication configuration and administration. Should possess knowledge on SLT replication and troubleshoot issues related to SLT issues. Excellent Knowledge in UNIX/ Linux and Windows OS platform. Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
