Position: Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Executive to support day-to-day IT procurement activities. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing vendor communications, and assisting with sourcing and purchase order processing. Its an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in IT procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing IT hardware, software, licenses, and services in line with business requirements.

• Coordinate with vendors to gather quotes, compare pricing, and evaluate basic proposals.

• Prepare and process purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track delivery schedules.

• Support senior team members in contract documentation and procurement reporting.

• Work with internal teams (IT, Admin, Finance) to ensure procurement needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Monitor stock levels of IT assets and assist with inventory control.

• Follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution with suppliers.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and compliance standards. • Help maintain vendor databases and documentation for audits and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., laptops, software licenses, networking equipment).

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Great communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working days – 5 days per week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed off)

Shift Time - 6.00 pm to 3.30 am

Working hours - 9.5 hours per day.
