Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Stay updated on menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and inventory management.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
