Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and inventory management.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
