As the Cafe Manager, you will oversee daily cafe operations while also supporting the overall hostel experience. You will lead a dedicated team of 8 staff members, handling scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards. You’ll also interact regularly with customers, addressing their needs and creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
