Job Description

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Server to join our café team! As the face of our space, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders efficiently, and delivering a top-notch experience for every guest. From recommending dishes to ensuring tables are clean and service is smooth, you’ll play a key role in making people feel at home. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude Present menus and explain food and beverage items clearly Take accurate orders and communicate with kitchen/barista staff Serve food and beverages promptly and politely Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining area Respond to guest questions and special requests Process bills and handle payments efficiently Support team members in daily operations What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and team spirit Basic knowledge of food and beverages (training provided) Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Perks: Friendly work culture Staff meals and discounts Growth opportunities in hospitality Tips and performance bonuses Join us if you love food, people, and creating good vibes!
