Waitress

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and efficient Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience, and maintain smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Handle billing and payments accurately.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer customer questions or make recommendations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Assist in closing duties such as cleaning, restocking, and setting up for the next shift.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Server or Waitstaff in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems (training can be provided).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
