Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and efficient Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience, and maintain smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
Handle billing and payments accurately.
Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer customer questions or make recommendations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Assist in closing duties such as cleaning, restocking, and setting up for the next shift.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Server or Waitstaff in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems (training can be provided).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
