Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Bulls and Bears Bistro. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Stay updated on menu knowledge and make recommendations to customers.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and point-of-sale systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization.
