Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at Elevate Restro Bar, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
