Job Title: VP – Sales (IT Staffing) – UK & Europe

Location: Noida / Bangalore (5 days in office)

Experience Required: 12+ years in IT staffing, specifically in UK/EU markets


Role Overview

As VP – Sales, you will be spearhead business growth across the UK and European markets for our global IT staffing firm. You will secure new client partnerships, nurture existing accounts, and manage billing and financial performance.


Core Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for UK/EU.

Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients across IT verticals, focusing on staffing and recruitment contracts.

Drive new business growth through market mapping, networking, and proposals.


Account Management

Own P&L responsibility for UK/EU accounts—manage budgets, billing cycles, contract renewals, and performance metrics.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent service quality and satisfaction.

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and lead negotiations for renewals and expansions.


Stakeholder Management

Act as primary liaison between clients and internal operations—ensure smooth coordination with finance, legal, and delivery teams.

Manage stakeholder communications, including executive updates, SLAs, and billing inquiries.


Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor UK/EU staffing trends, competitor activity, and labor regulations.

Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance reports to the executive team.

Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and performance metrics.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 12+ years in IT staffing recruitment and account management, with proven success in UK/EU markets.

Skilled in consultative sales, negotiation, contract management, and P&L accountability.

Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience.

Confident with billing models, vendor/client invoicing, budgets, and forecasting.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.

Comfortable with staffing platforms, CRMs, ATS, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel within India and occasionally to UK/EU.


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or MBA in Business, HR, or related field.

P&L leadership experience and familiarity with GDPR or EU compliance.
