This full-time, on-site role is crucial for managing and maintaining our Microsoft Intune environment, ensuring secure and efficient mobile device management (MDM) for our Description : As an Intune Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of Microsoft Intune. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Policy Configuration and Management : Designing, implementing, and maintaining Intune policies for device management, application management (MAM), and compliance. Device Management : Enrolling, configuring, and managing a wide range of devices (Windows, macOS, mobile) within the Intune environment, including Intune on Mac. Compliance Management : Ensuring devices and applications adhere to organizational security and compliance standards. Software Updates and Patch Management : Performing and overseeing software updates and patching across managed devices, specifically Windows Updates. Troubleshooting and Support : Diagnosing and resolving issues related to Intune, device enrollment, application deployment, and mobile device functionality. Security Management : Contributing to the overall security posture by implementing and managing security features within Intune, including integration with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP). Identity Management : Working with Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), specifically Entra ID P1/P2 features, and managing Hybrid Entra ID Join scenarios. Application Management : Managing application deployment, packaging, and updates, including basic App Packaging. Automation and Scripting : Utilizing basic PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting tasks within Intune. Collaboration : Working closely with various IT teams and departments to align policies, provide end-user support, and ensure seamless integration of Intune with other IT systems. Reporting : Generating reports on device compliance, application usage, and other relevant Intune metrics. O365 Administration Exposure : Leveraging your exposure to O365 administration to support a holistic Microsoft : We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and proven experience in Intune Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in Intune (MAM/MDM) administration. Demonstrated experience with Intune on Mac, Autopilot, and Conditional Access. Proficiency in managing Windows Updates. Solid understanding and experience with Entra ID P1/P2 and Hybrid Entra ID Join. Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) and Microsoft Defender. Experience with App Packaging. Basic proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Exposure to O365 administration. Strong understanding of IT security practices and mobile device management principles.
