Job Description

Sr. QA- Test Automation Engineer (4-8 years of experience) :

  • Test Automation

    : Strong experience in automation frameworks using Java, Selenium

  • Functional & Non-Functional Testing

    : Expertise in validating both functional requirements (manual + automation) and non-functional aspects like performance, reliability, and usability

  • Performance Testing

    : Hands-on with JMeter or LoadRunner

  • API Testing

    : REST API testing using tools like Postman

  • CI/CD & DevOps

    : Integration with Jenkins, Git, Docker, and test automation in CI pipelines

  • Scripting & Tools

    : Java, Python (good to have), Maven/Gradle, IntelliJ/Eclipse

  • Test Strategy

    : Test Planning, Test Case Design, Regression & Smoke Testing

  • Agile & Collaboration

    : Agile Scrum, Defect Tracking (JIRA/ AzureDevOps /Rally), Collaboration with Dev & Product Teams

  • Quality Focus

    : Strong debugging skills, test coverage analysis, and continuous improvement mindset
