Working Experience
1. Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations and International banking 2. Demonstrated expertise in cross-border payments, international wire transfers, SWIFT channels, and settlement systems.3. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, Sanctions, FATCA, GDPR) and international payment guidelines and Local Regulations.4. Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and projects.5. Experience working with diverse internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Special Skills Required6. Good in MS Excel/PowerPoint7. Knowledge of All Local regulatory guidelines related to Trade Products.8. Excellent communication skills. 9. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.10. Excellent client management, communication and presentation skills.11. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.12. High level of integrity and strong risk & compliance mindset.
QUALIFICATION:
1. A University Graduate / Postgraduate. MBA/CA preferable
