Description

Vivid Edge Corp is seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant specializing in ITSM and CMDB to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will bring over 11 years of deep expertise in ServiceNow implementation, technical design, solution architecture, and platform development.This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with customer requirements, industry best practices, and enterprise architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform, with primary focus on ITSM and CMDB.
  • Implement and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Drive CMDB strategy, modeling, CI class design, relationships, reconciliation, data normalization, and health reporting.
  • Deliver ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration workflows.
  • Implement additional modules such as CSM, ITAM, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent, and Agent Workspace.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other enterprise tools.
  • Conduct platform upgrades, code reviews, performance tuning, and best-practice alignment.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior consultants, and ensure project delivery excellence.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, process flows, architectural diagrams, and design standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 11+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and consulting experience.
  • CAD Certification is mandatory; additional certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-CMDB, ITOM) are preferred.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
  • In-depth understanding of ITIL processes, enterprise service management frameworks, and CMDB best practices.
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
