As a Virtual Production Producer at Eyeline Studios, you will be responsible for managing the budget and schedule of Virtual Production projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects. Reporting to the VP of Production, you will communicate confidently with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and industry partners. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully bid, allocate resources, manage production, and oversee Virtual Production projects from content creation to final delivery - Develop and maintain production schedules, collaborating with supervisors, leads, artists, and stakeholders to achieve project goals within budget and timelines - Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners, ensuring project expectations are met or exceeded - Maintain clear communication with all parties involved, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to scope or schedules - Identify and mitigate potential project risks, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for final project deliveries - Foster partnerships between Research, Creative, Technological, and Production arms of Eyeline Studios, promoting new practices and technology in Virtual Production - Provide administrative support, supervise production staff, and oversee work on virtual production stages and on set Qualifications: - Experienced Producer in the Visual Pioneering or VFX industry with a track record of delivering high-quality work - Thorough understanding of live-action and CG based VFX methodologies, pipelines, and terminology - Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and strategic planning skills - Experience with bidding, estimating, and proposal creation for new projects - Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in leading production teams and knowledge of production management tools and software - Advanced MS Word and Excel skills Eyeline Studios is a global creative studio that partners with storytellers to bring their visions to life.
