Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support and maintain the HR and Legal frameworks established for a virtual organization. This role involves carrying forward the day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks related to HR and Legal functions, ensuring smooth operations for the client’s internal team. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to keep policies, documentation, and compliance on track in a remote work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

-Assist with managing and updating HR and Legal documents, policies, and toolkits created during the initial setup.

-Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees and contractors.

-Support recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.

-Help maintain compliance by tracking deadlines for contract renewals, policy reviews, and legal filings.

-Facilitate communication between HR, Legal, and internal teams using online collaboration tools.

-Manage calendars, meetings, and documentation related to HR and Legal functions.

-Prepare reports or summaries related to HR and Legal activities as needed.

-Act as a point of contact for routine HR and Legal queries from employees or contractors.

-Assist in implementing and monitoring virtual workplace standards and confidentiality protocols.


Qualifications:

-2-15 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support, with strong exposure to HR or Legal functions.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Comfortable working with online collaboration and document management tools (e.g., Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace).

-Discretion and understanding of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

-Ability to work independently and proactively in a virtual environment.
