Job Description

Good analytical skill and Strong English communication skill - verbal & written.
Strong Excel skills - both formula and data handling
Exposure to process automation & related technologies
Previous experience in application based process is preferred
Flexible to work in multiple time zones and rotational shifts (i.e Early morning (AP process ) and late night shifts (US process) )

Preferred but not must includes

Automotive experience including an understanding of dealership operations
Analytical position with exposure to Marketing in pervious roles
Knowledge on Retail Marketing & Sales process, awareness on Dealer communication bulletin (DCB)

Variable Marketing (VM) Program Administration:

Developing Program & Announcement Templates.
Authoring Incentive Programs & their related Program Announcements.
Support application Security Administration.
Manage dealer claims and reconciliations
Work closely with the Retail Marketing (RM) Teams & the various market stakeholders to ensure timely releases of VM Programs.
Ability to understand the suite of application reports to assist the RM Team & markets in VM Program Analysis
Support the drive for consistency across markets for adherence to IMG Retail Reporting & various VM Programs.
Support the development of desktop procedures for new markets plus the ongoing administration of desktop documentation.
Support Retail Marketing initiatives & projects on ad hoc basis.
