Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and oversee all treasury operations including cash flow management, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationships.
● Develop and execute capital structure strategies to support growth initiatives, including debt and equity financing.
● Manage foreign exchange exposure, hedging strategies, and optimize working capital across global entities.
● Drive funding efficiency, including intercompany loans, cash pooling, and investment of surplus funds.
● Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Legal to ensure accurate and compliant treasury processes.
● Implement treasury systems, automation, and reporting tools for real-time visibility and control.
● Support fundraising efforts and due diligence with investors, lenders, and rating agencies.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax frameworks in all relevant jurisdictions.
● Mentor and develop treasury team members to build a high-performing finance organization.
