Vice President - Product & Services

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional from the hospitality sector to lead our Product & Services division.
• The ideal candidate will come with a strong background in 5-star hotel operations and service excellence, with a proven ability to manage and elevate customer experience across diverse service verticals including kitchen, goshala, club, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Leadership: Oversee and enhance all customer-facing services, ensuring premium quality and consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with vertical heads across kitchen, goshala, club, and other service areas to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with service partners like Sodexo and other third-party vendors to maintain high standards.
• Customer Experience: Champion customer satisfaction through personalized service strategies and continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence:
• Implement best practices from luxury hospitality to streamline operations and elevate service delivery.
• Innovation & Product Development: Introduce new service offerings aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.
• Team Development:
• Build and mentor a high-performing service team inspired by 5-star hospitality standards.

Skills & Attributes:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in service operations, preferably in luxury hospitality (5-star hotel background is a must).
• Strong understanding of service design, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Experience working with service providers like Sodexo or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about service excellence and customer delight.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment with diverse service offerings. Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability.
