The Vice President of Sales at Zzazz will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a high-impact sales strategy in Bengaluru. We are looking for a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record in media and advertising sales. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue Growth: Own and drive revenue targets through advertising sales, brand partnerships, and media deals. - Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with Zzazz's vision and market trends. - Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and results. - Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, and media partners to create high-value opportunities. - Client Solutions: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop customized product solutions for partners. - Partnerships: Establish and grow key strategic partnerships that enhance Zzazz's market position and reach. - Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies. - Performance Tracking: Implement sales metrics, forecasting models, and reporting mechanisms to ensure accountability and optimize performance. Qualifications & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in media, publishing, advertising sales, and brand partnerships. - Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth in a mass market business. - Strong relationships with major brands, media publishers, and advertising networks. - Expertise in digital advertising, branded content, programmatic, and innovative media solutions. - Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams. - Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and drive results under ambiguity.,
