Vice President of Sales

At CloudThat, we’re looking for a Vice President – Sales (Training) to lead our revenue strategy, drive enterprise sales, and grow our high-performing sales team in training sales. This is a senior leadership role with a direct reporting to the CEO.

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

1.Own and deliver revenue targets across B2B segments

2.Scale and coach a high-performance sales team

3.Manage and grow a sales team of 15+ people – preferably with experience leading much larger teams

4.Build deep relationships with strategic partners like Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud

5.Drive large enterprise deals and long-term training partnerships

6.Align sales efforts with marketing, product, and delivery teams for go-to-market success

🎯 Who You Are

· A strategic sales leader with 15+ years of B2B experience, preferably in EdTech, IT services, or SaaS

·  Proven track record in scaling teams and closing high-value enterprise deals

·  Strong experience managing large sales teams and mentoring future sales leaders

· Comfortable working with CXOs and building partnerships with global cloud leaders

· International sales experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory

· Data-driven, outcome-focused, and passionate about people growth
