As a Senior Leader within the Marcus Deposits Back Office team at Goldman Sachs, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and driving strategic initiatives to ensure exceptional service levels, quality, and customer experience results. Your strong subject matter expertise, analytical skills, and extensive management experience will be crucial in leading a high-performing team across Bengaluru and Hyderabad. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with various global stakeholders, including Fraud Strategy, Operations, Products, Technology, Compliance, and Legal teams, to develop and implement processes and controls that mitigate risks, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include providing oversight to back-office teams, identifying improvement opportunities, developing dashboards, collaborating with partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for prioritizing objectives, implementing strategies, and driving improvements in business processes to achieve company initiatives. Your leadership presence, strategic vision, and impeccable judgment will be essential in fostering employee satisfaction, resolving issues, and achieving mutual goals with stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead internal teams, mentor team members as needed, and drive optimal resource utilization and audit-compliant administrative processes. With a minimum of 5 years of banking or contact center operation experience and 10 years of supervisory experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the role. Your ability to handle high-level client interactions, executive-level presentations, and drive business process improvements will be critical in driving the success of the Marcus Deposits Back Office team. Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools are essential for this position.
